School is finally wrapping up and coming to an end. This week is my last week of regular classes, and my finals are next week. The quantity of things I have to do is dwindling, but the things I have left are all big. My English essay, which I still have 500 words left to write; my CPD project; my math and Psychology finals, too.
I'm so excited for school to be over so I can have a month of freedom. High school was fun. College is not fun. Anyone who thinks otherwise must be one of those party-holics who drink and go out with friends every night instead of doing their homework. Literally, there is nothing fun about college. The atmosphere sucks, too. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
I have to leave for school in an hour and a half. We have two class periods left and three chapters left to cover. I can only imagine how the hell this is supposed to work out. One chapter alone takes a class period and a half at least. Either way, I did the homework that's due tonight yesterday, and we have the next chapter's homework due Thursday night. We haven't even lectured on either yet. I'm pretty sure she'll give us some kind of altered game plan in class today.
My only other class today is math, of course. We took a quiz on logs yesterday (which I hate), but I think I did okay. We had a sub. Literally everyone else in my class did two problems at most before giving up and leaving. I did every single question (except for the second extra credit because I wasn't sure how). I know I passed it. I'm just not sure how 'well' I passed it.
In other news, I won NaNoWriMo. I hit 50k on the last day, as planned. My story isn't yet finished--I still have one chapter and the epilogue to write. Next year I want to participate again, and I want to write the sequel. I'll spend the months before planning better. The next book is going to focus more on the main plot and character development.
